PURCHASING INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Included in our price is: Registration application papers, Deworming, Probiotics prior to transport and Halter.

DEPOSIT POLICY
When you have chosen your foal notify us by email and send your deposit of 50% of the purchase price within 3 days. We accept Certified Checks, Bank Drafts or any Financial Institution money order sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Email to info@rothwellquarterhorses.com the tracking number. If we do not receive the delivery confirmation tracking number we will not consider this horse as reserved for you.

DEPOSIT REFUND
Let us assure you if you have not purchased a foal from us previously that we have high standards for all of our horses. If we are not completely satisfied with the health and over-all appearance of the foal we will not allow this horse to be purchased. If we are not satisfied with the horse's development at any time prior to delivery we will cancel the sale and refund 100% of the deposit. If the horse is injured or becomes ill prior to delivery, we will cancel the sale and refund 100% of the deposit. If the client changes their mind and no longer wishes to purchase their horse, no refund of deposit will be possible.

DEPOSIT TRANSFERS
We will transfer any deposits made by our clients to another horse, depending on availability.

PURCHASE POLICY
We require final payment (50%) prior to August 4th. Payment may be made by Certified Checks, Bank Drafts or any Financial Institution money order sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Email to rrothwell@cici.mb.ca the tracking number. All horses must be "PAID IN FULL" before they leave the Ranch. Failure to provide full payment before arranging delivery will result in the loss of your deposit and your reserve for the horse that you have chosen. PERSONAL CHECKS OR POSTAL MONEY ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

TRANSPORT and BORDER FEES
Foals may leave the ranch on Sept 1st when they are weaned. We would find it too difficult to deliver your horse to you however, we have had several haulers haul our horses to the satisfaction of many buyers. The buyer is responsible to make arrangements with the hauler and is responsible for the payment to the hauler. When the horse leaves our ranch we are no longer responsible for him or her. The ranch is not responsible for illness or injury during or after transport.
The foal is the sole responsibility of the buyer from the time it leaves our ranch. An individual insurance policy for a horse is the responsibility of the buyer. If delivery is required to the hauler please email us for a quote. We make every effort in assisting you with the transportation of your foal.

Keyhole Ranch is based in Kennedy, Saskatchewan, Canada. They regularly travel to the US and across Canada delivering horses. They offer a roomy 18 wheeler rig that can hold 20 horses if needed. Prices are incredible to a drop point (4 or more horses to one location).
